London! First stop Yauatcha, one of my favourite places in town for lunch. Great food, good location and nice atmosphere, even though it was quite empty that day (I usually went on the week-end, back when I lived in Paris). It has one Michelin star, like Hakkasan, its sister restaurant.

Cocktails (they’re amazing)

Baked venison puffs (off the chain)

Har Gau (a.k.a. prawn dumpling)

Some other steamed dumpling (can’t remember what it is)

Some weird stuff my sister ordered

Three-style mushroom cheung fun (a must have)

Hand-pulled noodles with shimeji mushroom

Crispy aromatic duck (it comes with pancakes, Hoisin sauce and spring onion)
