This has to be one of the most exciting openings of the year. I was scared I was going to miss it as I was away in November, but it seems like chefs Dan Hong and Jowett Yu waited for me to get back! It was so damn good. The place itself would be full every night just because of its looks, with 4 levels of dining rooms and bars, but everything is great. The food, some kind of momofuku/vietnamese with an extra dash of fun, will make you drool. Have a look at the menu, and if you don’t want to order all of it, then you’re a weird person. I went on one of the first nights, and Dan told me he was going to do some kind of degustation so I could sample as much stuff as possible. Man I was full, but happy, as I had some really amazing dishes. And super cool cocktails too! It’s open 7 nights, and for lunch on Friday and Sunday. RUN THERE!
